You will align business needs with technology, drive migration strategies, and mentor senior colleagues across diverse teams. Ideal candidates bring eight+ years of business analysis or coordination, strong facilitation, and a track record of leading complex, cross‑functional programs.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with eight+ years of business analysis or technical coordination experience.
• Experience assessing applications and delivering migration, modernization, or cloud adoption projects.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills bridging technical and business stakeholders, including executives.
• Leads migration teams and coordinates cross‑functional resources to move applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement with application owners, business users, executives, and technical staff.
• Pre-populates, interviews, and validates migration profiles for applications; owns and refines them through migration.
• Document business function, dependencies, constraints, and acceptance requirements; reconcile data sources.
• Direct a migration team across planning to acceptance, coordinating engineers, coordinators, testers, and SMEs.
• Identify risks and cross‑team dependencies; report progress and blockers to leadership.
