Job summary

MojoTech seeks a Senior Principal Software Architect to lead Azure, .NET, and AI-accelerated engineering across client engagements. You will set technical direction, guide delivery, and grow accounts with trusted relationships.

You will mentor teams, drive modern cloud-native solutions, ensure security and production readiness, and help adopt AI-assisted workflows while staying hands-on in architecture reviews and delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering production software systems.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and modern application architecture.
• Proven track record leading architecture and delivery in client-facing environments.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AI-enabled software development and Azure AI services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure/.NET architecture for cloud-native applications and APIs.
• Guide delivery teams, optimize for security, reliability, and production readiness.
• Mentor engineers and architects across multiple client engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, account teams, and executives on solutions and proposals.
• Establish engineering standards for AI-assisted workflows and governance.
