MojoTech LLC is seeking a Senior Principal Software Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, .NET, and AI-accelerated software development to lead client engagements across architecture, delivery, and growth.

This hands-on leadership role combines technical direction with client interactions, aiming to modernize applications, shape cloud solutions, and drive production-ready results with responsible AI-assisted practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering production software systems.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and modern application architecture.
• Significant experience deploying and operating production workloads on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, REST APIs, microservices, messaging, and event-driven patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, secure applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Azure.
• Lead architecture and development of cloud-native apps, APIs, and data-driven solutions.
• Modernize legacy .NET apps via migration, refactoring, or cloud-native approaches.
• Establish IAM solutions using Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and RBAC.
• Apply Well-Architected Framework for reliability, security, performance, and cost.
• Guide teams in testing, CI/CD, observability, IaC, and DevOps practices.
• Provide hands-on reviews, PoCs, and complex troubleshooting.
• Lead architectural trade-off assessments aligned with business needs.
