Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to lead enterprise architecture for the Supply Chain DTx domain, focusing on design, orchestration, execution, and integrated demand planning. The role emphasizes building consensus, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving scalable cloud-based solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in ERP/WMS/CRM systems, architecture patterns, and AI-enabled modernization with a strategic, business-aligned mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, System Analysis, or a related field.
• Typically has a minimum of ten to fifteen(10 to 15) years of IT and business/industry work experience including solution architecture, application design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
• At least 3-5 years of system integration and implementation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of the technical architecture and design across the entire Order Fulfillment portfolio and associated products leveraging Cloud based applications and platforms integrations with built in quality and performance and all aspects of software and platform development lifecycle.
• Technology validation and rationalizations to improve efficiency, reduce complexity and lower the total cost of ownership
• Establishment of the overall architectural patterns, viewpoints and the establishment and oversight of organization standards and policies.
• Identify major system interfaces, business capability needs, and existing architecture weaknesses and opportunities for systems.
• Enabling business and IT leaders to make investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands, disruptions, and opportunities with the longer-term strategic vision of the organization.
• Mentor and coach less experienced staff and provide knowledge transfer across the organization.
• Provide guidance, road maps, patterns, principles, standards and best practices
