You will define roadmaps, guide platform strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise, solution or platform architecture roles within large, complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in CRM, marketing automation, customer engagement and digital experience platforms.
• Proven experience defining technology strategy, architecture roadmaps and target-state capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Defining and maintaining technology roadmaps, reference architectures and target-state capabilities across CRM, marketing automation and client engagement platforms.
• Establishing the strategic direction for customer engagement technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term technology strategy.
• Evaluating emerging technologies, AI capabilities and industry trends to inform platform evolution and investment decisions.
• Partnering with senior business, product and technology leaders to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions and capabilities.
• Leading architecture and design activities for major transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, scalable and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Driving the adoption of modern architectural patterns, including composable, API-first, cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions.
• Establishing governance frameworks, architecture standards and best practices across the client engagement technology estate.
• Acting as a recognized subject matter expert and trusted advisor, influencing technology decisions, vendor strategy and future-state platform direction.
