Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to lead technology strategy for client engagement platforms, CRM and marketing automation. You will define architecture roadmaps, guide platform strategy and partner with senior leaders to drive growth and modernization.

You will influence decisions on API-led integration, cloud-native architectures and AI-enabled solutions, ensure security and scalability, and mentor a team through large transformation programs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise architecture within large organizations.
• Deep expertise in CRM, marketing automation and digital engagement.
• Proven ability to define technology strategy, roadmaps and target-state capabilities.
• Experience with composable architectures, API-led integration and cloud-native platforms.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define technology roadmaps and target-state capabilities across CRM and engagement platforms.
• Establish strategic direction for customer engagement technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities and industry trends to inform platform evolution.
• Partner with senior business, product and technology leaders to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead architecture and design activities for major transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, scalable and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Drive the adoption of modern architectural patterns, including composable, API-first, cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks, architecture standards and best practices across the client engagement technology estate.
• Act as a recognized subject matter expert and trusted advisor, influencing technology decisions and vendor strategy.
