Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager/Senior Principal of Applied AI Engineering to lead AI/ML initiatives across its B2C platforms. You will shape personalization, recommendations, and analytics to accelerate eCommerce and customer engagement.

As a senior leader, you will define technical direction, build and mentor a high-performing AI team, and partner with executives to translate business priorities into scalable ML capabilities across Autodesk products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied Research or related discipline with production-scale ML.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy, teams, or major cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmaps for enterprise AI initiatives across Autodesk’s B2C business.
• Lead multiple cross-functional AI/ML programs from strategy to production and adoption.
• Develop and coach Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers.
