Led by senior stakeholders, you will mentor data scientists and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deploy robust ML solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science or related field.
• 10+ years leading technical project strategy, ML design and infra.
• 7+ years in design/architecture and launching software products.
• 10+ years hands-on data mining and information retrieval.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Strong statistics, probability and financial modeling knowledge.
• Ability to translate data insights into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Champion a data-driven culture and shape data science directions.
• Build scalable end-to-end ML pipelines for eCommerce personalization.
• Develop robust experimentation frameworks for rapid, rigorous iterations.
• Craft stories and recommendations from data insights and models.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on large-scale strategic projects.
• Mentor junior data scientists and review technical work.
