Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field.
• 12+ years of professional FP&A/EPM experience.
• 10+ years full lifecycle FP&A solution delivery.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Anaplan for enterprise‑grade planning.
• Anaplan Master Anaplanner certification is required.
• Anaplan Solution Architect certification is required.
• Deep expertise in P&L concepts (revenue, cost structures, margins).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and integration patterns (AWS, Databricks, Airflow).
• Proven ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for Nike’s EPM tech landscape.
• Serve as technical authority for Anaplan architecture in FP&A.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A solution delivery from discovery to evolution.
• Design scalable Anaplan models for driver-based planning and P&L forecasting.
• Define and evolve Anaplan modeling standards and integration patterns.
• Translate FP&A requirements into robust technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Shape platform strategy and modernization within Enterprise Performance Management.
• Ensure alignment with Nike architecture, data, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business and tech leaders to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Mentor engineers and Anaplan model builders, raising coding standards.
