Job summary

Strativ Group in San Diego is seeking a Senior Anaplan Solutions Architect to set technical direction and lead connected planning for Corporate FP&A. You will be both architect and hands-on builder, guiding complex decisions while coaching FP&A colleagues toward greater self-sufficiency.

You will drive a driver-based forecast grounded in business drivers, robust data, and validated ML inputs, delivering timely projections to leaders and ensuring scalable, maintainable planning models.

Qualifications

• HHands-on Anaplan experience with architecting connected planning solutions.
• Ability to translate Finance priorities into architectural decisions.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex delivery in a lean team.
• Experience with integrations, model performance, reconciliation and controlled deployment.
• Mentor builders, develop Finance users and advise stakeholders on design tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build connected models for financial statements, workforce, allocations, annual planning, and long-range scenarios.
• Shape the planning architecture and roadmap with Finance leaders, balancing value, scalability, and delivery capacity.
• Establish design standards and resolve cross-model dependencies for intuitive, performant planning.
• Coach FP&A users to own more analysis, scenarios, and model development.
• Integrate enterprise data and predictive outputs into Anaplan with data engineers.
• Advance driver-based forecasting with clear reconciliation, review, and override controls.
• Provide technical leadership to builders and partners, owning quality and knowledge transfer.
