ams OSRAM’s LSP – Light Sensors & Photonics unit is looking for a senior analog/mixed-signal IC design leader in Plano, TX. You will own design leadership for ultra-high performance, low-noise ICs and drive from concept through production ramp.

You’ll supervise layout, conduct detailed simulations (SPICE), mentor engineers, and communicate with customers and marketing. A Master’s degree with 15 years, or PhD with 12 years in analog IC design is required; Cadence Virtuoso experience is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree with 15 years of experience or PhD with 12 years, emphasis in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• Technical leadership in mixed-signal IC design, block-level specs, simulation, modelling and layout optimization.
• Expert level knowledge of transistor-level design: bandgap references, current references, OPAMP, LDO, charge pumps; ADC optional.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interface and design reviews.
• Experience with CAD tools, Cadence Virtuoso and SPICE.
