Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 5+ years related experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• 8+ years for Sr. Principal with relevant STEM background preferred.
• Strong software development experience in Python and/or C++.
• Experience with Linux and common utilities (grep, awk, cat, head).
• Experience in algorithm design, state estimation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and debug software and mathematical algorithms for missile tracking.
• Develop and analyze tracking/state estimation algorithms and extend reusable solutions.
• Prototype with Modern C++ and Python; ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate across cross-disciplinary teams and communicate technical results clearly.
