Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Principal, Product Engineering to bridge business strategy with hands-on technical delivery for scalable AI-enabled products. You will own 2–4 strategic initiatives, drive end-to-end delivery, and embed AI-native practices across discovery, design, and production operations.

The role blends product ownership with execution leadership, partnering with software, architecture, data, and DevOps teams to accelerate velocity while maintaining quality and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience with products, engineering, development, and project management.
• Experience working with C-suite; brand or product development management.
• Leadership of teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience using AI Coding for Production Applications (Vibe Coding) for >1 year.
• Operate across the full lifecycle: discovery to production operations, with hands-on contribution when needed.
• Proven track record leading complex, technical product initiatives across APis, microservices, data platforms and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into epics, stories, and technical criteria guiding engineering execution.
• Partner with architects to ensure designs meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Lead backlog prioritization to maintain velocity and quality.
• Serve as embedded technical product leader, contributing across discovery, design, and delivery.
• Contribute to prototypes, debugging, performance tuning, and CI/CD improvements to unblock delivery.
• Use instrumentation and observability to assess product health and ROI.
• Shape DevOps practices and automate release reliability and speed.
• Establish cycle time, flow, and throughput as KPIs with measurable improvements.
• Model AI-native product and engineering practices across initiatives.
