Job summary

Iron EagleX seeks a Senior Principal Agentic AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and sustain agentic AI capabilities that support advanced analytics, automation, and mission-focused decision-making. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and commonly used AI/ML libraries/frameworks.
• Hands-on experience designing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models.
• Experience with agentic AI workflows or applications using LLMs, tools, memory, and multi-step task execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models to support mission and business use cases.
• Develop clean, maintainable Python code following best practices.
• Build and maintain AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Design, develop, and integrate AI model capabilities into applications and workflows (prompting, tool calling, RAG, structured outputs, agentic patterns).
• Develop and support agentic AI workflows that reason over tasks, use tools, and interact with external systems under guardrails.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software engineers to deliver effective AI/ML and agentic AI solutions.
