Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Field Engineer to support the Construction Management team through the project lifecycle in Lake Charles, LA. The role focuses on providing field engineering resources, interpreting drawings, and coordinating with subcontractors and procurement to ensure alignment with design specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or construction management degree with substantial field experience, and must be able to work flexible hours including overtime as needed to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of construction field related experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of construction field experience.
• Knowledge of current quality, environmental and safety standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides construction site engineering resources and expertise during the construction phase of the Project.
• Plan and recommend civil procedures for field supervision to ensure conformance with design and specs.
• Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision.
