Qualifications

• Twenty years of related work experience or equivalent combination
• Strong knowledge of contract law and negotiations

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in Prime Contract Management
• Coordinate with Law Department and Insurance and Risk Management
• Lead and participate in prime contract reviews and risk assessment
• Oversee contract change orders/variations and disputes
• Maintain understanding of Fluor prime contract and subcontracts
• Ensure compliance to Fluor Practices and project leadership support
