Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a strategic analyst to partner with CenterWell Senior Primary Care and lead analyses that influence executive decision-making. You will develop financial models, synthesize findings, and prepare executive-ready recommendations to drive priority initiatives.

The role requires strong presentation skills, collaboration across functions, and the ability to work in EST-hours with occasional travel. Remote role with Washington, DC metro preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in management consulting and/or 4+ years in a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with financial modeling and translating data into business cases.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and lead cross-functional execution.
• Proven skill in producing executive-level presentations and deliverables.
• Can work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support PCO priorities using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership and the Board.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with workplans, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement and decision-support across PCO.
• Develop business cases, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates.
