Job summary

Humana Inc. CenterWell University City is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a full-time, on-site role in Charlotte, NC. You will deliver outpatient care to adults and seniors, maintain medical records, and diagnose and manage moderately to complex conditions.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted NC medical license.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.
• Participation in TB screening program.
