Southeast Medical Group seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join a clinic-based, collaborative team featuring Family Practice and Internal Medicine physicians, RN case managers, and staff. The APP will manage patient populations, in outpatient and potential inpatient settings, under the supervision of a primary care physician or specialist.

Qualificações

• Graduate PA/NP program completed or in progress.
• Current licensure with Georgia Board.
• Current prescriptive authority from Georgia Board.
• Current BLS from American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years of primary care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care consistent with licensure and certification.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-ray, EKG).
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.
• Counsel patients on diseases, treatment plans and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver evidence-based care.
