Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks a Senior Analyst to own pricing tooling and conduct hands-on pricing analysis. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement tooling that meets regulatory needs and accelerates model deployment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of projects or tools.
• Familiarity with insurance pricing principles.
• Comfort with a software development lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, VBA and statistical tools (SAS, SQL, Python, Snowflake, PowerBI).
• Exposure to Earnix or similar pricing/rating platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for pricing tooling, coordinating with US Data Science Tools engineers.
• Drive development and implementation of scripts, tools, and processes for Earnix across rating programs, states, and lines of business.
• Analyze and address procedural and technical challenges, proposing tool improvements with the team.
• Support and maintain SAS-based pricing tools (NGRT, Base Rate Calculators, config files) for accurate pricing and rollouts.
• Collaborate with Python, SAS, and Excel to develop or maintain tools and conduct pricing analyses.
• Share progress and outcomes with peers and management, including occasional formal presentations.
• Demonstrate teamwork and growth mindset, mentoring colleagues and boosting department performance.
