Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Senior Analyst to own pricing tooling roadmaps and perform hands-on pricing analysis in the USRM Pricing Deployments group. You will collaborate with data science engineers, SAS and Python specialists, and cross-functional teams to deliver regulatory-ready pricing tooling and accurate rating results.

The Senior Analyst position combines tooling ownership responsibilities with hands on pricing analysis and defect resolution. For the tooling ownership component, you will work closely with cross functional teams to gather business requirements for pricing model adjacent tooling to address regulatory requirements or accelerate the speed-to-market of our pricing models. The hands on analyst portion of the role includes troubleshooting premium mismatches and building or maintaining ground up pricing tooling. The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
