Carl Buddig and Company, a long-standing meat manufacturer, seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst in Tinley Park, IL. You will lead pricing governance, develop strategies, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve margin and profitability.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making. The team focuses on enterprise pricing initiatives, profitability modeling, and governance, leveraging ERP and BI tools to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years in pricing, FP&A, or commercial finance in CPG/manufacturing.
• Strong financial modeling, profitability analysis, and data management.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI, D365, and Planful.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing initiatives and governance across the organization.
• Develop and refine pricing strategies for products and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on pricing for new products and bids.
• Standardize pricing processes and intake workflows.
• Own profitability reporting and margin analysis.
• Analyze profitability across customer, product, channel, and division.
• Support leadership with monthly/quarterly pricing reports.
• Coordinate with FP&A and Sales on pricing assumptions for forecasts.
• Develop profitability models (SKU, customer, channel).
• Drive pricing governance and ensure cross-functional alignment.
