Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Secaucus, NJ to lead pricing initiatives and collaborate across Clinical Solutions and Finance. You will develop value-based pricing, build dashboards, and generate models to inform strategic pricing negotiations.

The role requires 4–7 years of related experience, strongExcel and data tools proficiency, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of pricing, operations, finance, marketing, or sales analysis experience with strong quantitative capabilities
• BA/BS or higher in Finance, Economics or related field
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop accurate, detailed solutions
• Strong AI literacy: craft prompts, evaluate AI outputs, and integrate insights into deliverables
• Strong data manipulation and modeling using Excel (macros, pivot tables)
• Advanced experience with data analysis tools (Access, SQL and/or Python), dashboards (Tableau/Power BI), and financial modeling/analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Initiative and ability to prioritize multiple assignments

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies based on thorough analysis of offerings and market dynamics
• Design and generate analytic tools and dashboards to process pricing data
• Partner with Clinical Solutions Product Managers to create Value Quantification models
• Deliver fact-based recommendations to optimize revenue through pricing model enhancements
