Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tool proficiency (Power BI preferred).
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bilingual – Fluency in both English and Spanish

Responsabilités

• Execute Pricing Strategy & Profitability Management.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Large Appliances and Air & Water Solutions across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean to maximize sales growth, market competitiveness, and profitability.
• Manage pricing updates, promotional programs, cost changes, margin analysis, and initiatives to accelerate the sale of aged and slow-moving inventory.
• Manage Dealer Compliance, Agreements & Sales Incentive Programs; maintain dealer sales agreements, Know Your Customer (KYC), and compliance documentation.
• Administer monthly SPIFF programs for Puerto Rico customers, including calculations, validation, reporting, and payment reconciliation.
• Oversee Order Management, Inventory Planning & Forecasting; manage end-to-end order process and backorders.
• Develop demand forecasts and inventory strategies with Sales and Supply Chain teams to optimize product availability.
• Audit Consigned inventory at dealer floors; execute Replenishment and sales orders as needed.
• Provide reporting and insights on pricing, sales, inventory, forecast accuracy, and performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and system enhancements.
