Qualifications

  • Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, Power Query) and proficiency with Power BI.

One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Pricing & Contracts Analyst in Texas.

In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to the commercial team by driving pricing initiatives, supporting contract management, and analyzing profitability across a specialized orthopedic product portfolio. Your contributions will play a key role in optimizing pricing performance, developing competitive proposals, and improving the efficiency of contract processes. You'll collaborate with teams across Sales, Finance, and Product Management to ensure accurate pricing execution and drive data-informed business decisions. This is a high-impact role with room for strategic influence and cross-functional leadership.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement pricing strategies that align with company goals and support margin optimization
  • Analyze pricing scenarios and RFPs to guide business decisions with scenario modeling and market analysis
  • Support contract lifecycle management for GPOs, IDNs, and ASCs while ensuring compliance and competitiveness
  • Partner with National Account Managers on pricing analytics and contract planning to drive revenue growth
  • Develop dashboards and pricing performance reports in Power BI and other analytics tools
  • Maintain internal and external contract logs, communicating updates clearly across stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements through automation and data-driven enhancements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10 years of experience in pricing or contract management, ideally in Orthopedics or Medical Devices
  • Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, Power Query) and proficiency with Power BI
  • Familiarity with ERPs such as SAP or Oracle
  • Experience with statistical and data visualization tools (Python or R is a plus)
