Job summary

Infleqtion is hiring a Pricing and Proposals Specialist to craft cost proposals for government and commercial R&D solicitations. You will collaborate with Advanced System Managers, Proposal Managers, subject matter experts, and functional teams to ensure a compliant, competitive package.

The ideal candidate has a 3+ year track record, ProPricer Contractor Edition expertise, and strong MS Office/Adobe Acrobat skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• ProPricer Contractor Edition expertise.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Extremely detail-oriented and well organized.
• Able to adapt schedule for government deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support compliant and compelling cost proposals for R&D solicitations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the Cost Proposal.
• Ensure alignment with contracts, quality, and procurement requirements.

Job description

The Pricing and Proposals Specialist is responsible for supporting a compliant and compelling proposal in response to Commercial and Government Research & Development (R&D) solicitation requirements. The specialist works closely with Advanced System Managers, Proposal Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and functional departments as necessary (e.g., Contracts/Subcontracts, Quality, Procurement) to develop a comprehensive and compliant Cost Proposal.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or similar field of study is required; however, we will consider candidates with additional work experience for the degree requirement on a 1:1 education vs years of experience basis
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant and progressive experience in similar roles is required
• Propricer Contractor Edition expertise
• Professional-level proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Extremely high attention to detail; highly organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities
• Ability to flex your work schedule from time-to-time to accommodate for government-defined deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders at all level

Preferred:

• Experience preparing US Government-compliant Cost Volume
• Security clearance preferred; Ability to obtain a security clearance is desirable but not required

• Salary Range: per year 115000-135000
