Infleqtion, Inc. is seeking a Pricing and Proposals Specialist to craft compliant cost proposals for US government R&D solicitations.

The role collaborates with Advanced System Managers, Proposal Managers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to assemble a complete and compelling Cost Proposal. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, ProPricer Contractor Edition expertise, and strong MS Office/Adobe Acrobat skills, with flexibility to meet government deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1:1 education vs years of experience basis considered.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• ProPricer Contractor Edition expertise.
• Professional-level proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Extremely high attention to detail; highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to flex work schedule to accommodate government-defined deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support a compliant and compelling cost proposal in response to Commercial and Government R&D solicitations.
• Work with Advanced System Managers, Proposal Managers, SMEs and departments to develop a complete Cost Proposal.
• Ensure proposals meet government requirements and internal standards.
