Job summary

Reece is seeking a Senior Pricing Analytics Analyst to lead data-driven pricing strategies across all product and customer segments in the USA. The role focuses on optimizing gross profit through advanced analytics and AI-powered pricing initiatives, aligning with the company’s 2030 vision.

You will collaborate with Data, Sales, Transformation and Merchandising teams to translate business requirements into technical pricing solutions, driving profitability and competitive advantage through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, analytics, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of cost/pricing, revenue management, operations, sales, or business development experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of wholesale distribution industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with a pricing optimization system (PriceFX, Vendavo, Zilliant) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish pricing business strategies for optimizing gross profit in the assigned categories.
• Create data driven reporting and dashboards to promote the benefits of Customized Pricing for every customer to branch network.
• Provide analytical insights and advise the Network, Pricing colleagues and Category Management of price, cost and purchasing opportunities to improve gross profit.
• Effectively communicate strategies to branch network, merchandising & purchasing teams.
