Job summary

GoodLeap, a technology company delivering financing and software for sustainable solutions, seeks a Senior Associate - Business Solutions to build pricing models across solar, storage, and home-improvement financing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4+ years of relevant experience in project/structured finance or corporate finance; residential solar experience preferred.
• Expertise in pricing analytics, energy economics, or related role in residential solar/DER.
• Advanced Excel modeling; VBA experience a plus.
• SQL proficiency; Databricks familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Run pricing scenarios for new and existing markets; lead cross‑functional pricing reviews.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Accounting, FP&A, Data Engineering, and Legal to ensure model accuracy.
• Analyze pricing across product suites and identify pricing gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare findings and pricing updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and document pricing best practices.
• Ingest and validate utility rates and maintain a clean tariff dataset.
