Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking a Senior Associate - Business Solutions to build and maintain pricing models across solar, storage, and home-improvement financing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related field.
• 2–4+ years in project/structured finance or corporate finance; residential solar/DER preferred.
• Pricing analytics, utility market research, or energy economics experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling; VBA a plus.
• SQL; Databricks familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run pricing scenarios for new and existing markets and lead cross‑functional reviews.
• Align with Capital Markets on financial structures, assumptions, and strategy.
• Analyze pricing across current product suite and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare and present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and document pricing methodologies.
• Ingest and validate utility rates and maintain a clean tariff dataset.
