What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop comprehensive pricing models for RFPs, RFIs, and task orders, incorporating various cost factors
• Translate program requirements into detailed level-of-effort models through collaborative sessions with subject matter experts
• Conduct in-depth pricing analysis and benchmarking to guide strategic pricing decisions
• Enhance pricing models and tools using Excel, Power BI, and AI technologies while streamlining processes through automation
• Communicate pricing scenarios and recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial pricing and cost modeling
• At least 3 years of experience leading the estimation and costing process for large-scale proposals up to $20M
• Minimum of 2 years of experience pricing service-based and technology-driven government/public sector contracts
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex pricing strategies clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience pricing CMS, Medicaid, or other large-scale government healthcare contracts
• Basic understanding of federal and state procurement frameworks and trends
• Experience creating SaaS pricing structures for new product offerings
• Ability to travel up to 10% for team collaboration or client engagements
