ORS Nasco is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to develop, analyze, and optimize pricing strategies, driving profitability and competitiveness across business units. You will work with Sales, Finance, Operations and Category Management to deliver data-driven pricing insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus.
• 4+ years of pricing analysis or revenue management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to evaluate current and future pricing strategies.
• Lead in-depth pricing analyses, including price elasticity, discount effectiveness, and win/loss rate by price point.
• Proactively recommend pricing actions that align with company objectives for revenue, margin, and market share.
• Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives and support contract negotiations with data-driven input.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to ensure any pricing assumptions align with business goals.
• Monitor pricing compliance, assess discounting behavior, and identify areas for optimization.
• Identify pricing anomalies, inconsistencies, or leakage and recommend corrective action.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate pricing implications of new product launches, packaging changes, or contract structures.
• Support the design and testing of new pricing structures in partnership with the Pricing Strategy Manager.
• Report on pricing KPIs and performance to senior leadership.
