Job summary

ORS Nasco is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to develop, analyze, and optimize pricing strategies across business units. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Category Management to provide data-driven insights that inform pricing and profitability decisions.

The role requires 4+ years in pricing analysis, strong Excel/SQL, and experience with pricing models. This is a full-time remote position in the United States, with salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 4+ years of pricing analysis or pricing/revenue management experience.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills using analytics tools.
• Experience building pricing models and frameworks in a business setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to evaluate pricing strategies.
• Lead pricing analyses including elasticity, discount effectiveness, and win/loss at price points.
• Recommend pricing actions aligned with revenue, margin, and market share goals.
• Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives and support contract negotiations with data-driven input.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to align pricing with business goals.
• Monitor pricing compliance, discounting behavior, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Identify pricing anomalies and advise on corrective actions.
• Evaluate pricing implications of new product launches, packaging, or contract structures.
• Support testing of new pricing structures with Pricing Strategy Manager.
• Report on pricing KPIs to senior leadership.
