The Senior Pricing Analyst (Hybrid) role at BAE Systems supports the pricing function for the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business area. This position is responsible for developing pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create competitive and compliant proposals.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of government contracting, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to help drive growth and profitability. The role offers the opportunity to influence pricing for advanced defense technologies.

This position is in a hybrid format, requiring onsite presence in Nashua, NH, and remote work. Applicants must reside within a reasonable commute to Nashua, NH.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing cost estimating and pricing during proposal cycles, including new business proposals and program changes.
• Ensuring cost volumes meet regulatory standards and are accurately prepared.
• Developing and maintaining complex cost models and proposal documentation.
• Supporting the implementation of standardized Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Analyzing RFPs and SOWs for compliance related to costs, schedules, and proposals.
• Applying lessons learned to improve estimating and pricing processes.
• Supporting tool development to enhance proposal cost estimating efficiency.
• Providing fact-finding and negotiation support to proposal teams and contract managers.
• Supporting audits by internal and external agencies like DCAA/DCMA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field, with 4+ years of proposal pricing or cost analysis experience.
• Higher degrees can substitute for experience (e.g., Master’s degree for 2 years).
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with ProPricer and aerospace & defense industry.
• Knowledge of government contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS).
