Job summary

Rehlko in the United States is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to develop pricing strategies, analyze large datasets, and drive profitability. You will use Power BI, Power Automate, and internal data systems to inform strategic pricing initiatives and maximize market share.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to design models, monitor performance, run scenario analyses, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, pricing, or related field.
• Strong Power BI proficiency including data modeling, dashboards, and visualization.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate to automate processes.
• Experience with or ability to learn custom/homegrown data models and systems.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and ability to present data-driven recommendations.
• Experience ensuring data accuracy and governance across sources.
• Ability to influence pricing decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and automation using Power BI and Power Automate to streamline reporting.
• Develop pricing strategies and pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitive pricing, and customer preferences.
• Monitor pricing performance and create dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align pricing with business goals.
• Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses on pricing changes.
• Learn and utilize homegrown data models and pricing tools.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
