Lead AI-powered pricing initiatives, advance the Customized Pricing Model, and drive profitability while collaborating with Data, Sales, Transformation and Merchandising teams.

Role emphasizes forward-looking pricing leadership, ROI on business cases, and alignment with the 2030 pricing strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cost/pricing, revenue management, operations, sales, or business development.
• Experience with wholesale distribution preferred.
• Hands-on experience with pricing optimization tools such as PriceFX, Vendavo, or Zilliant.

Responsibilities

• Establish pricing strategies to optimize gross profit across categories.
• Create data-driven reporting and dashboards to promote Customized Pricing benefits for all customers.
• Provide insights on price, cost and purchasing opportunities to improve gross profit.
• Communicate strategies to branch network, merchandising and purchasing teams.
