Job summary

Winchester Interconnect is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to own technical quoting for custom cables, harnesses, and electro‑mechanical assemblies. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Business Development to develop accurate, competitive pricing models.

You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams to develop estimates, set pricing strategies, and define project timelines, ensuring quotes align with profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical field.
• 7–10 years estimating/quoting experience in cable/harness or complex electro‑mechanical assembly.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, MS Project, MS Office, Google Workspace.
• Expert-level Excel (Power Query, VBA/Macros) and financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of cable manufacturing processes and AS9100/IPC standards.
• Ability to develop labor-hour estimates and cost modeling for bids.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical quoting for complex engineered cable assemblies and harnesses.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and pricing using Visual ERP and Excel models.
• Formulate market-aligned, value-based pricing for new products and repeats.
• Interface with customers and sales to clarify requirements and propose details.
• Manage quoting pipeline with RFQ reviews and weekly status updates.
• Calculate manufacturing lead times from materials, capacity, and complexity.
• Estimate NRE, tooling, and setup costs for new bids.
