Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Experience within professional services strongly preferred.
• Prior legal industry experience is a major plus.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and profitability analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data manipulation.
• Experience with financial management or ERP system.
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/BI experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior-level stakeholder
