Role Overview: Are you passionate about using data to drive business impact? Join our Strategic Analytics and Tooling team to shape our Pricing strategy. You will develop analytics models, build scalable tools, and deliver insights that influence our Free Cashflow, Margin, and Pricing performance. Collaborate across functions, lead automation innovation, and mentor a high-performing analytics team—all while staying close to the business.

Success Factors:

1. Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling to optimize Pricing strategies, driving automation for efficiency and scalability.
2. Maintain real-time reporting systems and predictive analytics to guide Free Cashflow decisions and proactively manage Pricing Health.
3. Respond swiftly to analytics needs and tooling requests, collaborating to develop SOPs, training, and frameworks that enhance Pricing performance.
4. Provide data-driven insights for strategic Pricing decisions, translating complex data into actionable recommendations with business and financial clarity.
5. Manage and improve key Pricing tools, mentor junior team members, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experiences:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; proficiency in Excel, SQL / DAX, Power BI or Tableau.
2. 2–5 years in business analytics, with skills in interpreting complex data, developing insights, and building robust models supporting business outcomes.
3. Experience with scripting languages like Python or R for analytics, automation, and scalable data solutions.
4. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to communicate data insights effectively.
5. Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt in fast-paced environments, and apply sound judgment for practical solutions.

Salary range: $80,865 - $121,297 per year. Compensation depends on location, experience, and skills, with additional benefits such as equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive health plans.
