Job summary

RRD in New York is seeking a Senior Presentation Associate to provide presentation services for a diverse client base, ensuring branded materials meet client standards and deadlines.

You will handle PowerPoint design, document creation, and workflow coordination using MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite; the role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong communication with clients and team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience creating and editing branded PowerPoint presentations, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Advanced skill in the use MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficient with Adobe PDF and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of mapping software (MapInfo, QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs and tracking software for all presentation work.
• Assess job requests thoroughly.
• Ensure completion of tasks throughout lifecycle.
• Create pitch books and presentation materials.
• Create, edit, and correct multiple document types for client brands.
• Coordinate intake and workflow functions.
• Follow procedures to complete requests to client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate proficiency with required equipment, software, and hardware.
• Communicate with team, leads, supervisors and clients on deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
• Perform quality assurance on own and others’ work.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
• Foster proactive service improvement and client relationships.
• Adhere to company and client policies.
