Job summary

Jazwares, a leading global toy company headquartered in Plantation, Florida, is seeking a Senior Toy Designer for its Preschool line. You will lead the design and development of innovative, high-quality preschool toys, translating early childhood play patterns into compelling products while ensuring safety, cost, quality and timelines.

You will collaborate across brand management, packaging, product management, engineering, and licensors, oversee prototypes and testing, and deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience within the toy industry.
• 1+ years collaborating with global manufacturing vendors.
• Deep understanding of early childhood play patterns and licensed brand guidelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design lifecycle for preschool toys from concept to production.
• Create play systems centered on compatibility and high-quality designs within target costs.
• Collaborate with brand management, product management, engineering, packaging, and licensors.
• Present concepts to teams and drive consensus through the design process.
• Work with global manufacturing and vendors to ensure smooth concept-to-mass production.
