Job summary

Jazwares, LLC is seeking a Senior Toy Designer, Trends, to lead the design and development of innovative toy lines for market-leading brands. You will translate consumer insights into compelling, collectible products and guide the full design process from ideation to production.

You will collaborate across brand management, manufacturing, and licensing, ensuring cost, quality, and timelines are met while delivering user-centric play experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in toy design, industrial design, industrial engineering, or industry relevant field is a plus.
• 5+ years of product design experience in the toy industry, with a proven track record across hard and soft goods.
• 1+ years of experience working with global manufacturing factories (Asia preferred).
• Knowledge of current trends/innovations in the toy industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite; strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new toy concepts and design play experiences for brands and products.
• Deliver end-to-end product design from research through prototypes to production.
• Ensure designs meet target cost, QA/QC, and licensing requirements.
• Oversee the product design process and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
