Job summary

Green Thumb seeks an Implementation Specialist – Preroll to serve as a technical expert for preroll manufacturing processes, equipment, and best practices. You will drive process optimization, support process development, and train site personnel to ensure consistent performance across the network.

The role involves travel 2–3 times per month, requires proximity to a major airport, and prefers candidates in the North East region of the USA.

Qualifications

• Associate’s in Science, Engineering, or related STEM discipline preferred.
• Experience with preroll product development and preroll manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and lab practices is beneficial.
• Ability to plan, design experiments, and solve problems.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to preroll manufacturing sites on processing methods, equipment, and techniques.
• Improve preroll processing efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Assist in R&D studies for new preroll products and continuous improvement.
• Maintain electronic batch records across sites and train staff on documentation.
