Job summary

greenthumbindustries is seeking an Implementation Specialist - Preroll to serve as the technical expert for preroll manufacturing processes, equipment, and best practices. This role drives process optimization, supports development, and ensures operational excellence across sites through training, documentation, and hands-on support.

Based in the United States with NE preference, you will travel 2–3x monthly for up to 4 days to partner with production teams, resolve complex technical challenges,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with preroll manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to guide sites on preroll processing methods and optimization.
• Experience with electronic batch records and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to travel 2–3x per month for up to 4 days.
• Located within driving distance of a major international airport (NE USA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on preroll processing methods, equipment, and techniques.
• Assess and improve processing methods for efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Train site personnel on SOPs, safety, and equipment operations.
• Maintain electronic batch records across sites and ensure compliance.
• Lead weekly site meetings to review data and drive corrective actions.
• Support tech transfer and training for new processes.
