Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in Chicago seeks an Implementation Specialist – Preroll to act as a technical expert for preroll manufacturing and related processes. You will drive process optimization, support development, and ensure operational excellence across sites through hands-on support and documentation.

You will train production teams, maintain electronic batch records, and collaborate on tech transfers and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Experience in preroll product development and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to train production teams on SOPs and best practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and support multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on preroll manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Develop and deliver training materials and SOPs for standardized operations.
• Maintain electronic batch records across sites and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with site teams to implement corrective actions and tech transfers.
