Job summary

The LEGO Group in the United States is seeking a Production Operator to support multiple high-velocity production lines. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while performing machine adjustments and line changeovers.

This role offers a 12-hour shift and a compensation structure aligned with responsibilities and site benchmarks. With 2+ years in a manufacturing setting, you will contribute to continuous improvement and work closely with Supervisors and Team Coordinators to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience on Prepack lines (SSPP/DSPP-S/PP99/Joker) a plus.
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a safety-conscious environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support four of the primary production lines (SSPP, DSPP-S, PP99, Joker) to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality operations.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and tools are maintained to support stable line performance.
• Operate Prepack equipment including bag makers, counting machines, scales, and other systems.
• Monitor line performance and propose or implement improvements to increase hourly output.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve as per escalation process.
• Execute changeovers, 5S activities, and Autonomous Maintenance tasks.
• Analyze rejects or errors from scales or counting equipment and adjust to prevent recurrence.
• Use line monitoring and quality control software during orders and changeovers.
• Collaborate with Team Coordinators, Supervisors, and other leaders to meet goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration.
