Job summary

The LEGO Group is hiring for a Prepack/Machine Operator to support high-volume production lines in the United States. The role requires operating Prepack equipment, maintaining line performance, and contributing to continuous improvement while adhering to Safety and Quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The position offers a 12-hour shift with a 2-2-3 schedule and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years in production/manufacturing, preferably in high-volume lines.
• Experience with Prepack equipment training or equivalent machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate all primary production lines (SSPP, DSPP-S, PP99, Joker, DSPP-M) to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality output.
• Maintain equipment, materials, and tools to support stable line performance.
• Execute changeovers, 5S, and Autonomous Maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good condition.
• Analyze rejects or errors from scales or counting equipment and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Team Coordinators and Supervisors to achieve production goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to safety and quality policies.
