Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Prepack Machine Operator to run and support the Prepack lines (SSPP, DSPP-S, PP99, Joker, DSPP-M) in a high‑volume production setting. The role requires a 12‑hour shift (7 AM–7 PM) on a 2‑2‑3 schedule with weekly pay at $27.45 per hour.

You will maintain equipment, perform changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team leaders to meet efficiency and quality goals. Strong safety/quality adherence and the ability to stand and walk for long periods are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years in production/manufacturing environment, ideally on high-volume lines.
• Experience with Prepack Paper systems: SSPP, DSPP-S, PP99, Joker, DSPP-M.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support all Prepack production lines (SSPP, DSPP-S, PP99, Joker, DSPP-M) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment, materials, and tools to support stable line performance.
• Perform line changeovers and 5S activities to maintain equipment and workplace organization.
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and apply root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Team Coordinators, Supervisors, and area leaders to meet operational goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety and quality standards.
