Job summary

Selective Insurance seeks a remote Premium Auditor focused on Property/Casualty Commercial Lines. Perform in-person and virtual audits to ensure accurate earned premiums, appropriate classifications, and exposures in accordance with laws and company policies.

You will plan and conduct audits, travel 70-80% within territory, coordinate with underwriting, resolve disputes, and mentor junior auditors. Requires 3+ years in premium auditing and APA 91/92 preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree in Insurance, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience as a physical Premium Auditor.
• Successful completion of APA 91 and APA 92 is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage, schedule and conduct physical/virtual audits for Commercial Lines policies.
• Travel within territory; auto travel 70-80% of time.
• Notify underwriting of exposure changes post-audit and resolve disputes.
