Job summary

TC Energy Corp. seeks a Business Analyst within the Predictive Insights team to translate business needs into analytics and reporting solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and developers to deliver dashboards, data models, and process improvements for asset performance.

You will bridge operations and technology, document requirements, and support change management in a collaborative, high-performing environment across North America.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in a related field.
5+ years in business/ systems analysis or product ownership.
Experience supporting asset management, maintenance, or utilities.

Responsibilities

Lead complex application enhancement and modernization initiatives.
Elicit and manage business, functional, technical, data, and reporting requirements.
Develop process maps, user stories, and business rules.
Coordinate testing, stakeholder workshops, and design reviews.
Partner with technical teams on data mapping, interfaces, and APIs.
Support data governance, change management, and user adoption.
